Job Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with company-provided leads.
- Explain project details and answer customer queries.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain lead records and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Freshers & Experienced can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & Basic English.
- Confident, customer-friendly, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Computer.
Closing Manager
Location: Thane West
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle property sales closures and convert qualified leads into bookings.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals.
- Coordinate with CRM, sales, and documentation teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Closing.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi & English.
